Starting as college sweethearts,

Alex Holt and Tamarra Holt married in 2014 and have always prioritized family as their first ministry. They are both passionate about their faith and are committed to helping the local Church fulfill its purpose according to God's plan.

Alex Holt is a devoted worship leader and songwriter who seeks to guide individuals in renewing and deepening their relationship with God. A Hampton University business major and having received the Implement the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Dream Award in 2008, Alex is pursuing a Christian Counseling degree.

Tamarra Holt is a driven leader who empowers mothers to recognize their full potential. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Regent University and is the author of Hey Mama "You Got This," a 21-day starter. Together, Alex and Tamarra are passionate leaders who strive to impact their community and Church positively.

Renewal Church was born from a spark ignited during the annual Renewal Conference gatherings. The Church's vision is to cultivate authenticity and empower individuals to live renewed lives in Jesus Christ. Pastor Alex Holt and Tamarra Holt lead the Church, driven by a mission to spread the life-transforming message of Jesus to their city and beyond. Renewal Church values the development of the next generation while drawing wisdom from those who have come before them. The Church is dedicated to bringing hope, healing, and renewal to all who seek it.
